Our MISSION is to activate, organize, and equip one billion underserved young people with free access to the digital, business, and social skills required to be successful in today’s technology-driven global economy.
We developed the 3 + X model based on our 10+ years of international development experience at The World Bank Group and the Private sector, where we built global youth and women’s entrepreneurship programs.
Our work confirms that DIGITAL, SOCIAL, and BUSINESS skills are the common success factors needed across industries to be an ideal candidate for job opportunities or start a new business!
