In September 2025, the platform was fully integrated with the O*NET 30.0 database. O*NET is the latest U.S. occupational information standard, maintained by the Department of Labor.
What this means for you: This integration strengthens the link between the skills you identify, the standardized occupations you explore, and live job postings. By aligning with O*NET, we ensure our 3X/3PLUSX model of Digital, Social, and Business skills is directly mapped to real-world career paths.
🤖 Major Upgrade 2: The AI Impact Engine is Live
Understanding what skills you need is only half the battle; the other half is understanding how AI will reshape your work week.
In November 2025, BSF launched the new [3X Skills AI Impact] Agent. This advanced feature allows users to see exactly how AI could affect their current role or any role they want to grow into.
How does it work? The AI Impact Agent maps job descriptions to O*NET occupations, breaks down the work into discrete tasks, and then classifies each task as one of the following:
- Automated: Tasks AI can take over entirely.
- AI-Augmented: Tasks where AI assistance will make the human worker much more efficient.
- Human-Led: Tasks that still require human-only skills like complex decision-making, creativity, and empathy.
This analysis is summarized in an “AI Wins Dashboard,” giving you not just a warning about automation, but a proactive plan for skill development.
